Engine and Performance

Design and Chassis
The steering geometry is sharper and the Gorilla 450 is distinguished from the Himalayan by a revised subframe design, even though the main frame is essentially unchanged. At 780mm, the seat height is more comfortable, and taller riders can select for a higher seat. The handlebars are 30mm lower and slightly shifted back, and the foot pegs are 30mm taller and somewhat rearward.
Wheels and Tires: The Gorilla 450 has the biggest tires of any motorbike made in India. It has a 160mm rear tire and a 120mm front tire, both of which are supplied by the same tire manufacturer as the Himalayan.
Features, Both Visual and Functional
The motorcycle has the well-known TFT display with dual riding modes and Gorilla logo. The Himalayan is similar in terms of switchgear and functionality, such as map integration that necessitates an active phone screen. One of the new features is location sharing.
Weight and Fuel Tank
The Himalayan has a 17L gasoline tank, whereas the Gorilla 450 has an 11L tank. The lowered tank capacity results in an overall weight of 185 kg, which is 11 kg less than the Himalayan. Both the smaller wheels and lack of a wide windscreen contribute to this weight reduction.
