Medical Officer

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Medical Officer under the Public Health and Medical Education Department. These recruitments will be on contract basis for 3 months. Candidates can apply through the website mppsc.mp.gov.in.

Candidates can get their forms corrected between September 3 and October 1 by paying a fee of Rs 50.

Medical Officer Educational Qualification :

  • MBBS degree or equivalent degree from an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
  • Registration in MP Medical Council.

Age Limit :

  • The age of the candidates should be between 21 to 40 years.
  • Relaxation in upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates.
  • Candidates must possess MBBS or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Fees :

  • SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/PWD category candidates of MP: Rs 250
  • All other categories: Rs 500

Salary :

  • Rs 15,600 – 39,100 per month Grade Pay 5400 (as per 6th Pay Commission)
  • Salary will be equal to 7th pay scale.
