Communist Party leader Sitaram Yechury’s health deteriorates, condition critical; admitted to Delhi AIIMS
Communist Party of India (Marxist) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury is admitted in Delhi AIIMS. CPI(M) said on Tuesday (September 10) that Yechury is admitted in ICU. His condition is critical. He has been admitted to the hospital due to difficulty in breathing. He is currently on respiratory support. A team of doctors is monitoring his condition.
Earlier on August 19, Yechury was admitted to AIIMS. He had pneumonia then. CPI(M) said that Yechury had gone to AIIMS for a checkup. He was admitted due to pneumonia.

The central government has approved the proposal to appoint 6 senior advocates as Additional Solicitor General (ASG) in the Supreme Court. Fire breaks out in slums of Delhi’s Madanpur Khadar, 11 fire engines reached; no one injured
A massive fire broke out in the slums of Delhi’s Madanpur Khadar area late on Monday night. Delhi Fire Services officials said that they received information about the fire at 2.50 am late night. They sent 11 fire engines. The fire has been extinguished and now cooling operation is going on. There is no report of any casualty in the fire.
Leaders of former Pakistani PM Imran Khan’s party PTI arrested, police took them away from outside the National Assembly
Several leaders of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf were arrested by Pakistani police on Monday from outside the Parliament House after the National Assembly session. Dawn newspaper quoted police spokesman Jawad Taqi as saying that PTI leaders Barrister Gauhar Ali Khan, Sher Afzal Khan Marwat and Advocate Shoaib Shaheen have been arrested by Islamabad police.
Some sources have claimed that along with Umar and Zartaj, other PTI leaders including Hammad Azhar, Kanwal Shauzab, Naeem Haider Panjutha, Amir Mughal and Khalid Khurshid are also expected to be arrested.
Maharashtra BJP president’s son’s high speed Audi hits cars, he was racing
Maharashtra BJP president Chandrashekhar Bawankule’s son Sanket’s high speed Audi car hit some bikes and cars. The incident took place in Nagpur. Jailed Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein underwent emergency heart surgery at a New York hospital on Monday. Weinstein, 72, was taken from Rikers Island jail to Manhattan’s Bellevue Hospital late Sunday night. His prison consultant Craig Rothfeld confirmed Weinstein’s heart surgery. He declined to comment further on his condition.
